Configures a suction pump at the accept connection instead of feed pump at feed connection, taking advantage of the pressure difference to screen the stock。
Pump impeller and rotor are not in contact with unscreened pulp, which help prevent damage on impurities especially stickies, improve debris removal efficiency especially for adhesives.
The tailing contains hardly any accept pulp fiber after efficient washing. The light slags are discharged out through dewatering screw extractor which is at the top of equipment, the heavy slags are discharged out through intermittent heavy-slag extractor which is at the bottom. Discharging consistency is high, which is over 15%. Thus tailings can be transported without further treatment.
The double drum adopts mesh to slot screening: - High stock quality;
- One unit can replace a set of combination including one coarse screen, one double cone high consistency cleaner, one multistage mesh screen and one multistage slot screen;
- Reduce at least one pulp pool and two slurry pumps.
Power consumption is very low, electricity per ton of pulp is less than or equal to 15kwh, which is one third of conventional system.
High removal efficiency for stickies, which omits configuration of heat dispersing system for treating stickies in post procedure。
